Default My car got damaged by some tool *pics*

Ok some of you guys may already know about this from ford mods but here is a quick story.
I was at a party of a girl i know, and another girl i know was speaking to a guy for the start of the night, she got over that so decided to spend the rest of the night with me, so the guy got jealous and decided to take to my car and decided it'd be smart to damage it. We know who did it and he WILL be paying.
First up he screwed up the right hand rear quarter panel (really bad, hit the support inside the boot), then he put a few dents into the right hand rear door, then he jumped all over the bonnet, then moved onto the roof, then he jump onto the boot and seperated the bracing of the boot from the boot lid, has also done it to the roof turret and bonnet. So damage is at, New right rear quarter, new turret (roof), new bonnet, new boot lid, new right rear door. Qoutes so far have been in the $5,500- $6,000, car could be a write off, as the damage done exceeds what its insured for.

Oh and to add to the pain of me maybe losing the car ive just spent $2500 on wheels, lowering, window tint, exhaust.
Pics below.

Rear quarter

Seperated boot structure from boot lid

This is what the car looked like before the damage (and before tinting)

i would think the roof, quarter and door will be fixed, and the bonnet and bootlid too, depending on where it has been damaged.

Sucks anyhow, i hope you dont have any problems getting the money out of him... i would be going to the Police and making a report anyhow.

Goodluck, im sorry to hear it. Some people have no respect.

Lol davo, nope, just talking and stuff *tries to avoid eye contact and act innocent*.
Rear quarter in that photo has been pushed out by a smash repairer to lesson the impact, and it is actually strected. If you run your hand accross the roof, you end up sinking into it, as the support bracing has been damaged and seperated, hard to explain, same as boonet, you touch it and it just pushes in, boot lid s rooted, when it closes it sounds like sheet metal closing.

Yeah, its all together pretty lame. I'd seriously consider spending some 'private time' with this chick, if you havent already, otherwise it just isn't worth it.

Best advice go to the cops. Then go this tool's house, mess with his face then go to the chicks place to wind down.

Did anyone else see him do it?

Go get yourself some legal advice and make the little Turd pay for it.
Then break his knee caps with a tyre iron.

Yep about 5 people saw him. They have volunteered to come forward as witnesses if in the worst case scenario this goes to court (insurance company will do more then the cops). If he doesnt pay, then i have no control over the 30 odd people who want to get him. Yes i have lebanese looking friends who want to hunt him down. Took the car round to his house to show his parents the damage, i think they expected a clapped out old hatch back or something as looking at his dads face when he saw how clean the car was, absolutely priceless, his tone changed and everything.
But HE WILL PAY one way or another.
