Hi, I am an old man now and have owned about 30 Fords in my time, I have recently had the urge to find one that i have owned and restore, or one that my father had owned. one of the many I owned was an XC Falcon rego No SCG121 Pine and Lime colour. XC Falcon rego No UYU060 Red with a Cream coloured vinyl Roof, XW RHS901. I have check SA Rego and these numbers are no longer assigned to a vehicle. I have no rego details of my Fathers cars. Is there a place within SA Rego where I could ask the question. I am very well aware that privacy laws could come into play here. I can attach some photos if needed, after i learn how to resize. Sorry for the long story, hopefully this is the right area to ask and thanks for reading.
PS Does anyone know of these cars. |

These rego numbers are listed as suspended, defected, or written off. I would say they are long gone.

Thanks guys, was sort of hoping someone might have had one of them sitting in their back yard, under a tarp. They weren't special models though.

In the meantime, maybe you'd consider finding another one to do up? |

Thanks Honk, yes mate that is what I plan to do if I cant find one of them, the Rego in SA wont help due to privacy etc, which is fair, was sot of hoping that they/me/us could have notified the last registered owner that I was looking, i know that is an extreme long shot, probably an impossible long shot.

Its a long shot yeah but these things do happen.
I wasnt searching, but the owner of my dads XW Phase 2 found me 40+ years after dad moved it on. Which was cool. We traded stories and pics, I searched out any photos I had from when it was ours, including a serious accident it had. Would love to have it back one day, but its not for sale.... but you never know, he knows I have interest and we have contact details. |
