This thread if it stays may upset some people.
The stats for suicide is through the roof and climbing. I really do think this needs to be made more aware of and for people to know that their is help. I'm 44 and i live with the thought everyday and just spent a week in hospital where i did get help and new meds, I do feel alot better so please seek help if you also feel this way. It's not fair on you your family or your mates so please know help is available. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. So how are you traveling? And have you been affected by losing someone? Hopefully this thread may even help even just one person. Know you are loved and you are wanted no matter what crap your mind feeds you. Please share anything you have, advice, hope and how it affected you, your family and friends. |

Been 34 years since I lost my brother to suicide and not a day goes by without me thinking about him and wishing I could see him again.
As nearlythere stated please seek help for yourself and for your loved ones as the pain is unbearable and everlasting. |
