My Fez was in being serviced today. I had a look at the new model. Not bad !
The sales guy said 'the turbo diesel engine will be available towards the end of the year ' "with the 43l tank it will have a range of 1200kms and the emissions will be less than a Prius" I am guessing this is the new diesel engine from FORD/PEUGOT ??

Surely a 6th gear would be the thing to ensure the perfect highway cruiser.

True - the 1.6 TDCi is normally available across the range in Europe.
But credit where credit's due, it'll be a dirt cheap, i30 diesel-busting eco car that is still 5 star safe, funky designed, fun to drive on standard sport suspension and NOT a hybrid. Winner!
