Default Territory front brakes

Just wondering .... how much for Territory (non turbo) front rotors (RDA Slotted pair) please????

And do you deal with Bendix pads as well ... as I'd most likely be interested in the GCTs if you stock them.

Thanks in Advance.

I can do them for $205 a pair and pads in Bendix GCT will cost you $55

Must thank Matt again for prompt service.
And excellent hospitality as well.

Now to put these brakes on the family vehicle.
Will keep in mind the upgrade for the ute when the time comes well.

I'll add another question to this:

How much for rear RDA slotted rotors and Bendix GCT pads?????

I checked the rears when I replaced the front ... and they needed doing more than the fronts.

The territory rear rda slotted rotors are $235 a pair as they have none in NSW and have to be freighted in from interstate and Bendix do not make GCT pads for these sorry.I can get rear RDA pads which should be fine for this application and are $38 a set or we generaly we use the Bendix 4wd rear pad for about $72.The rotors would take a couple of days to get in.

That's fine ... I need to wait to get paid anyway ... which should be soon.

What's the difference with the 4WD pad???? And should I have actually used those on the fronts instead of the GCT's????

Thanks again for your quick response as well Matt.

The 4wd pads are good but we generally use them in the rear when we run a performance pad in the front with the Brembo's.There are a few brands we can run in your rear brakes so don't worry to much.Let me know when your ready.

Hi - can you tell me what your price would be for DBA slotted F&R with your recommendation of Bendix pads for 2006 Territory AWD? Can you split the prices out (might have to do it in stages).

Thanks!

DBA cheaper than RDA? Is it the 4000 series that compares with RDA slotted rotors?

Sometimes they are but the street series and RDA slotted is what is generally compared with each other.
The Territory RDA slotted rotors are about $235 a pair as RDA only sell them as pairs but DBA are quoted as each rotor.

Hi Matt,

We may as well keep all the Territory enquires together.

I realise these may be overkill on the family truckster but just what price could you do on the DBA 4000 series (6x6 wiper slot), fronts & rears please (NA Terri). Also any indication on availablity, some wk, next wk or a longer wait.

Is the above price on the Bendix 4wd pads still in the ballpark too, or would you suggest I went with something else.

I'm getting ready for a Easter brake overhaul on the old girl. Will call in to collect once I sort out what I can afford and whats sensible.

Cheers, Rob

Hi Matt

It's time a provided that feedback I promised you as it's been almost 3 months.

I'm very happy with the items supplied. No hint of shudder under brakes anymore, unlike the original units time and time again. The Bendix 4wd pads may be a touch dustier than whatever the original (hard) items were but the car sure pulls up well.

I'm also quite pleased with the appearance, no more rust on the rotors and the calipers came up well too after a clean, paint and a few stickers, even if I do say so myself ;)

Hey Raptor - they do look great. Wouldn't mind doing that myself. Did you follow another post to do this or would you mind posting one up in the Tezza section. eg where you got your stickers from, what paint process and prep you did. Would be great!

Matt,

I have been meaning to get back to about RDA rotors and pads for the rear of the Territory.

Are they still the $235/pair for rotors and $75/set for Bendix 4WD pads???
And what is the availability of these.

Thanks in advance again
Cheers
Simon.

Matt - what's the best way to order a set of RDA slotted front rotors and your choice of recommended pads for an SX terry AWD? They will need to be freighted to Canberra, so better include a freight cost as well. Cheers.

Need to post ... thanks again for the phone support re: the rear brake line brackets. Got it all sorted out in the end.

Another thing ... factory rear brake pads were only 50% worn when i pulled them out ... not bad for 135,000km ... I replaced them anyway though.

Now the brakes are all sorted out now.
