Hey people just wondering if there is some model car collectors out there can help me...
I have a Ford XC cobra 5.8 coupe and a yellow ochre Phase III i was thinking about selling, what would they be worth. Both are BIANTE 1:18 scale and were made quite a few years ago... They still have certificates of authenticity and mint boxes only problem is the aerials have snapped off... cheers! |

Check Ebay that will give you a rough idea. Of course with broken aerials you would expect less.

I'd be expecting the Cobra to get close to $300 if not over. I'd say to check ebay as well.Gives you a good estimate of prices.

These have already been listed in the for sale section. A bit late to ask now.

yeah but i didn't think they would be worth much smally. Then i got a big response for them so i thought maybe i put them on way too cheap... i mean im willing to give someone a good deal having a missing aerial on them but fairs fair i think i can't give them away for nothing. It's all helping fund new parts for my xw anyway so the more i can get for them the better it is for my car

You asked the price & they said yes, it would'nt be the best of ideas to bump the price up once a deal was made :togo:

OMG $60 each.........lol
so you paid $195 at least each - so that makes the aerial worth $135..........hmmmmmm Pretty sure you can buy replacement aerials |

no sorted i paid around $70 new each yeaaaaars ago, i think thats why these are valuable because they were one of the first aussie cars BIANTE made. you could only get a select few aussie cars at the time, nowadays they make everything.
They are a limited build too which i think may help values... |

Regardless of what you paid for them, in todays climate they would be worth at bare minimum $200 each.
Aerials snapped off will de-value them slightly, but not to a huge extent. I am no expert on the value of model cars and as others have suggested ebay is a good resource to check when wanting a guide on values. |

By the look of your advertised price on the forums, cheap or not, you were more than happy to accept the price you mentioned. By all accounts, they are sold to those who accepted your price.

PM has been sent and this is being dealt with.
trying to skim more money from other members is NOT ON. this is the second member in as many weeks who has tried to pull this off. the last one was forced to sell at the original price. if you rip yourself off because you didnt research the value properly - tough. make a deal - honour a deal. |

Yeah, but your ad said you knew they were worth more! ((The only problem with them is the aerials have snapped off due to my mum dusting my room (i bought these years ago when i was younger). I have the certificates for them saying what build no. they are and boxes in mint condition. I recently saw a cobra on ebay sell for $800+ so they definitely have value by the looks of it.)) Not really the way to win friends on here. |

Im driving over over the bridge of good will now and looking down i can see your shonky deception dinghy has sunk to the bottom of the bay.
Low life act trying to jack up the price - totally and utterly fraudulent. Ask your mum what fraud is, if you don't know... |
