Curious what spring rates do the kits come with front and rear? Are they customisable?

HI for those of us that are not looking to fit the coilover rear setup , will the top hats actually bolt onto the normal setup , and what sort of lifespan do you think they will achieve, as so far there is NOTHING available on the market to fix up the irs problem apart from this option , cheers john

Hi Mcfly,
At this stage we can only offer the fully adjustable kits front and rear. we spent many days tuning the AU as a whole package to make the car feel as one. Many customers have different dampers front and rear with a mix of springs and the car never really feels great. The fully adjustable kits for the AU are $2200. Cheers Brett |

Hi Guy's,
We now have stock of our latest dampers for the AU IRS. What we have decided to do for all Ford Forum members is to offer the first batch at $200 discount. So the fully adjustable kits for the AU with IRS will sell for $2000 until sold out. Just a small thanks for all the support for the the Ford Australia Forums have given Shockworks for the past couple of years. If you would like to order a set you can mail: [email protected]. Cheers Brett |

Both front and rear dampers are compression and rebound adjustable. Our piston allows for a large range of adjustment change from full soft to full hard which can change the balance of the car if at the track.
We use a digressive piston, with both front and rear using our 45mm pistons. Cheers Brett |

Hi Brett,
Hoping to have some drive-line upgrades sorted on my T2 TE50 in the upcoming fortnight or so. Once that's finished, I'm very keen to look at one of your kits. I've spoken to Tom RE settings on his kit and hopefully you have all the data to replicate another kit for me? We both have stroker motors in our T2s and run OE spec 18" rims all round if it is a sound comparison? Many thanks, Steve PS, Tom is rapt with his kit and I can't wait to experience it for myself. Wish I saw this post earlier. I bought a set of rear XYZ, and not that really happy with them, but they are ok for now. I have Pedders Xtreme for front.
Do you sell just rear ? |
