Default Project Car of the year

For those who may have missed it, we currently have a poll open for the AFF project car of the year.

The poll closes on the 15th of April and voting is compulsory;)

Go check out the builds and pick your favourite. Should be something for everyone's tastes

Most people on this and other forums are here because they either have/had a problem with their car and wanted to research it, or are handy on the tools and do their own maintenance. The actual 'enthusiasts' who rebuild cars completely are a minority, and the general rank and file members mostly aren't even aware that there are build topics here...

Anyway, I'm off to vote

I would kill to have the skills, time, money and space to do what those guys do.
To take a car and rebuilt it to exactly what you want would be awesome.

All the projects are awe inspiring. I tip my hat to the owners and can't believe how clever and dedicated they are.

One more day of voting to go, and only 112 members have voted so far. Surely there are more enthusiasts here than that.

Spend a little time going through the projects listed in the first post here, and vote for the one that impresses most.

It may even inspire you to contemplate taking on a similar project. You just need patience and perseverance, skills come along with practice, and know how thats given in these threads.

Hard choice but I chose. Would love to choose a few of them - all deserving.

Good luck all

Well, there you go. As I'd only read Woodykustom's topic previously, and wanted to give all of the contenders a fair chance, I spent over an hour yesterday reading the topics, and another hour this morning, came back to the poll topic to vote - poll closed. Yeah, I'm not very good with dates

Maybe make it a sticky next time with a bit more advertising? For the record I'd have voted for Superzero's XB, but Oscar's TF is a worthy winner... in fact I've subscribed to the build topic because I can't wait to see what comes next.

I'm a bit surprised the voting closed so early today. Normally closing times are at midnight at the end of the day if no time is specified. That's what I assume when paying my bills.
