I had a look at an XW sedan today in a car yard
the body seemed straight but it had problems there were caravan towing mirrors bolted to the doors and it looked like it had been painted with a brush and someone had used carpet for door trims I guess every thing there could be fixed it had later model bucket seats and column shift I spoke to the salesman and was told $8k as is with no reg possibly a base for a mock up GT as it already had a V8 this was at a car yard in Wacol just off the Ipswich motor way its in a yard that sells twincab utes he has about a hundred of them if interested have a look it is at the Wacol turnoff and in the service road John |

Still seems cheap was it an original V8 and how much rust was in it? I might be heading that way this week might pop in and have a look. Although if it's still there it's probably be no good.
