Default Fastest taxi in Melbourne?

Saw this leaving the Melbourne Airport this evening. Whoever owns it but some effort into it. It has a GT front bar too.

There was a thread on this a few months ago, I think it was found it's just a rep, 6cyl on gas motor.
The kit probs weighs more than the standard XT so could be the slowest FG taxi in Melb haha.

This thing haunts me, it's a fake, when I saw it the 1st time it could have been mistaken for the real deal, being driven like a supercar ( minus the driving skill!)

Is there a real one getting around Melbourne? I was walking passed crown the other day and it looked like a real GT. Looked like it had 19s. I thought the faker has 18s on it. Couldn't spot the calipers or any extra details.

I've seen this at Melbourne Airport too, looks quite good driving past if you don't know it's a mock up.
