G'DAY to all the novices & Hudini's alike, I'v literally just registered & this is my first thread, so hopefully I won't pull it to hard. OK now, I am looking for an ELECTRIC BRAKE BOOSTER to replace the existing worn-out vacuum type in my 1988 MAZDA E2000 (really a FORD ECONOVAN). I'm hoping to avoid having to pull the dash out to remove the booster, actually obtaining a new one off the shelf is near impossible, though I may be able to pick one up from wreckers & have it re-co'd. I've seen the ELECTRIC BRAKE BOOSTERS on several U.S. Hi-performance & Hot Rod websites - which would cost me more than my vehicle is worth. Any suggestions ? :
