hi there, i was just wondering how much everyone else pays for greenslips in other states etc as i live in nsw and i was just wondering if there was any difference.

NSW is about the only state with Greenslips.
In qld you can choose your ctp insurer but there is at very most $20 between them and is the one set price weather you are 17 or 99 years old You pay it with your rego each year.

Whats a greenslip? CTP insurance? Just under $300 IIRC (thats if its CTP). Thats Qld, dont know if it changes for locations with different traffic densities etc.
Edit: Checked papers, $272 with Suncorp for 12 months. |

I paid about $260 in feb for my EL, got the renewal for the ED last week and it had gone up to $490.

I am also in NSW and my rego is due this month and because i am under 25 and the car is in my name everything is inflated. This is this years rego bill.
Registration RTA = $382.00 Greenslip NRMA = $614.43 Pinkslip = $31.10 TOTAL = $1,027.53

NSW is the biggest rip off IMO, it has worked out so much cheaper in QLD
