Sounds like normal Ford customer service.
Has anyone driven one of these cars? Are they as bad as the article is making out or are these just random bad gearboxes? http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/rea...b9f4dbb30f7fb9

The problems are well reported and seem to be hit and miss regarding their reliability.
Having said that, if Ford are claiming that they weren't driven properly I hope they have proof that they explained to all customers what 'properly' actually is. There have been several threads of the same topic already merged - perhaps do a search and add this article to the already existing one?
