Unfortunately numbers speak for themselves, the Falcon was the worst performer.. For now!!

I think with the FG & poor fleet sales this could change very soon..

saw this article also last week, it's amazing how they focus on the falcon even though by their figures the 380 has the same rate of depreciation while the commodore is .1% better. crap, better sell the falcon & buy a commodore because in 10 years time, that $4 extra i get will definietley pay off........2007 LARGE CARS (retained value):
THE WORST:
1. Ford Falcon BF — 47.9%
2. Mitsubishi 380 — 47.9%
3. Holden Commodore VZ — 48%

Pretty ordinary article in my opinion, not to mention a bit inacurate, as far as I know, the Ford Explorer was not sold here in 2007, I also can't see how a Citroen C4 is in the same category as a Ferrari 612.

Better title not so attention grabbing and like 'duh'

LARGE CARS DEPRECIATE FASTEST

Guess less people would read stating the obvious.

Very negative article in terms of wording about Ford...

Should really have the heading "Ford Falcon: Best Value Second Hand Car" :P

Even with the current low interest rates you can do better with your money in the bank. 1.9% doesn't even beat inflation.
