Thumbs down Warning Don't Buy Off This Guy

Warning to fellow users of ebay. do not purchase from James19670_4

I recently purchased a 9" 31 spline 3.5 :1 LSD of James19670-4 using the Ebay action site .

I asked all the right questions prior to making the purchase & spoke to James on the Phone. After getting all the assurances , I paid the monety & arranged for courier pickup.

About a week later my new centre arrives. The centre was not well packed & covered in grease & oil. After cloeser inspection I Find it has Richmand gears , ( not genuine ford )as James told me over the Phone & a great big crack running through the bolt holes of the LSD hat , well its not really a crack, this crack is so bad you can not turn the diff through 1 full rotation.

I have tried to phone & email but no answer.

If anybody knows James Moran of 114 Mort Street Toowoomba , tell him to return my call . As far as I'm concerned this is deception & he has stolen from me & intend to follow up & will not let him get away with this

I wanted to warn every one not to deal with this man. :evil3:

That would be great if it was true, but I won't hold me breath . when I asked if it was 28 or 31 spline , he said 31 but I can change the spider gears if you want 28.

Now someone with that Knowledge would no if the centre was broken & would not turn over?

Why has he not returned my phone call or email?

I hate dishonest people on E-bay!!!
I bought an instrument cluster for my daughters car, supposedly in very good condition.
It was bought from bobikrobik ( Daniel Bibic ) and it had a large scratch across half the face.
When I queried him he said he did not notice the scratch and all I could do was leave negative feedback. No offer of money back so obviously a scammer.

ring up the Toowoomba Police and explain it to them.
what he has done is basically MAIL FRAUD.
report to Ebay as well and open a dispute.

its a shame ebay dont offer buyer protection on direct deposit anymore, and the police are powerless when it coes to buying something and not receiving

XA5800, was the packaging damaged at all? if it was it could be a courier claim as they wont accept damaged packaging, nor will aust post and if registered or obviously damaged then they will cough up the money you spent, rather than risk law suit and bad publicity

but you need photos of it in the packaging if it is damaged

Mate I intend too I am going to put in a small claim in WA cost me $86.00 & he will have to travel to WA to defend himself, if he gets a verdict in my favor , he will have the balif on his door siezing property to the same value including costs.

I did this last year to someone that was trying to rip my buisness off & won.
thy tried to not pay for stock we sent them saying they never received , when I showed the judge the proof of delivery with there signiture , done deal I won.

When I show the Judge the emails & pictures of the diff , it will be the same . Police will be at his house next day.

Mate I have taken pictuers of the packaging, I have taken pictures of the crack ( thats being Kind)

but the large crack is already discolourered with diff oil & there are no damage marks ( from dropping) , makes on the diff damaged prior to removal , I don't think dropping the diff would not break the hat anyway.

I am sure we could gather a group of AFF members from around Brisbane, Gold Coast, the surrounding areas and Toowoomba itself to all rock up and start causing havoc :

Mate that is disgusting what this person has done and I really hope you get your money back or whatever satisfaction you are hoping for.

Good luck and keep us all informed and thanks for warning the rest of us to not buy from this person.

Hmm this is why I refuse to buy stuff off ebay... too many bodgy sellers. I once bought some taillights for a car I had from some guy on an enthusiast forum (not a Falcon and not on FFAU). I had to meet the guy in a servo carpark and he sold them to me out of his boot... Not sure why he wanted to meet, perhaps he was concerned about someone knowing where he lived.

Anyway, the best form of revenge would be to go and buy an old heap of junk car for $50 and park it in his driveway, put the steering lock on then remove the steering wheel and chain the wheels to the chassis. Lock the car then toss away the keys to everything. Watch him having to deal with the bullshit of moving it out of his driveway.

I have purchased a few items off ebay & had great results up until now . The items have been as descibed & always packed well.
It takes 1 looser to wreck the system.

I just need to make sure this guys learns a lesson. As dioes not try to rip people off.
