Default Price of Petrol Over Xmas Week (You Predict)

Hi all...

Just a bit of fun:

What do you think the price of ULP will reach on average from Mon 24 till Sun 30?

If you think this is silly, just don't post.

I predict the price to stay steady for the next two weeks then all of a sudden it will increase for the holiday period for no reason what so ever. We all know its gonna happen. As for price i think maybe $1.50-$1.60.

Isn't it already? It's already over $1.45...

I think the servo's here in Wagga are ripping us off. I have had to fuel up 3 times already, and have done nowhere near the amount of (or style of) driving to justify it....

Here in Lakes Entrance, ULP is currently $1.45 at Caltex and Mobil and apparently it will be up around $1.70 during Christmas....Maybe even higher considering Lakes Entrance is a tourist town.

considering its been around $1.40-1.45 (91 octane) where i am the last few weeks, it will be nothing for them to add 10-15 cents. saying that i payed $1.48.9 for 98 last week, yet today i payed $1.54.9, go figure

It sux the big one hey. Down in Geelong it went up 17 cents overnight about 10 days ago for no reason what so ever. The price of crude per barrel has actually dropped. There is currently over 38,000 members on AFF. Maybe its time we do something about this. I know 38,000 is nothing compared to the population but surely there is something we can do.

i know, its the same up here. i pass 6-7 servos going to work and coming back, At 6am they might be 1.38, then at 5pm they will be 1.45 or vice versa. then they will stay at say 1.39.7 for 3 days then they will go right up to 1.49 for no reason. even when oil stays the same price fuel still goes up. also havs anyone noticed that BP dont sell NORMAL 91 anymore? it has 10% ethanol. so when i go to a BP guess what i dont buy

A partition might divide Parliment. A link for a petition would be better. Geez Louise. Honestly though Louise, a email address would be sweet. Cheers, Adam.

Geez, when I left it was $1.30 around 2 years ago...

But honestly I would still run 2 v8's if the price was $2 a litre, the ACCC and the government knows about the price fixing bbut still turn a blind eye as the excise they recieve from fuel is a fair bit.

Liquid gold used to be water, but fuel has overtaken that by far now...

Ok ....you asked for it!!!

Come and listen to a story about a man named Jed
A poor mountaineer, barely kept his family fed,
Then one day he was shootin at some food,
And up through the ground came a bubblin crude.
Oil that is, black gold, Texas tea.

Well the first thing you know ol Jed's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said "Jed move away from there"
Said "Californy is the place you ought to be"
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.
Hills, that is. Swimmin pools, movie stars.

Well now its time to say good by to Jed and all his kin.
And they would like to thank you folks fer kindly droppin in.
You're all invited back a gain to this locality
To have a heapin helpin of their hospitality
Hillybilly that is. Set a spell, Take your shoes off.
Y'all come back now, y'hear?.
