Put a bluetooth audio receiver in my bf this morning. Got it from jaycar, which is the greatest place for gizmos of questionable quality. Works good. Just plugs into the 3.5mm aux cable and has a usb cable. Its probaly been done 1000 times in b series, but i never thought to do it.

Having pictures of a racecar that apparently doesn't exist until next year according to some and i was about to have a hero moment and post them up, but then i saw the very same people i have always argued with on here thanking the response in rebuttal to my post and i have decided to keep them to myself
I can actually read and just scroll past sometimes and that has made me feel good today |

The claim is 12 hours https://www.jaycar.com.au/bluetooth-...eiver/p/AA2104 and thats for the inbuilt battery. I have no plans to not just leave it plugged in.

I was at my local supermarket. Its only small, but its the convenient one. So the way the line is to the till is a bit awkward. Anyhow, im in line behind 8 or 9 people, and theres an elderly gentleman. He wasnt pushing into the line, but with his 4 items in his trolley, the trolley he was more or less using as a walking frame. So when i got near enough i waved him in. He only spoke broken english, but not the point. He gestured as towards really? Yeah, get in mate. He only had 4 small items, so for an able bodied person, no need for a trolly.
I wouldnt consider that a random act of kindness, its just what you do. The fact the other robots in front of me had the blinkers on and turned a blind eye... The sank yooo, that was worth it. |

The Adelaide hills/cherry gardens bushfire was doused this afternoon by glorious, pizzling down rain. Lucky, as it was on the doorstep of some major suburbs.

Was beset by a shazza at the local shops this morning. Simply happened to park next to her and copped a massive whinge about some HWP occifer who’d just pinged her for an illegal turn (her bad luck, I see the same move pulled at this intersection all the time).
Anyway, got the full bleat; single Mum, car needs repairs etc etc - then she says “I’ve never been booked before”. I queried this, she assured me it was true. So I explained how she could have the fine taken to the local court, describe her personal situation to the magistrate and ask nicely if it could be dealt with under Section 10 of the sentencing act. The idea of a more economical result seemed to appeal! |

Last night i was thinking buyers remorse. Well, not only for the chicken and Camembert pizza, im lactose intolerant, but also for the bid on new old stock ghia floormats. But, theyre block ghia, and new. So today after bog sessions, im pretty happy about the mats. I way overspent, but oem to the car.

Dunno why, but i bought a tyre inflator. 18v, i have batteries for it. Its my new 2nd favourite tool. Servos in my area have for the best part given up on air. The ones that have air, you have to ask at the desk for the thing. Then go pshhhhhhhh, check, pshhhhh again. And the automated ones at 7/11. Whens the last time one of those sealed on the valve stem?
Not that my tyres were that low, 32psi was the lowest. But my new inflator. Set it to the desired, and dŕrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and it stops where set. So its good. It also has a ball pump needle, and the other thing for blow up matresses, or blow up dolls if thats your thing. But digital display and all that crap. Pretty happy with it. Between that and the vac i bought, the extra makita 5A battery cost more then both combined. But having multiple tools running off the same batteries and charger. Thats common sense. |

This thing is great ... especially for the kids pool toys as well. And quiet too. Can never trust the servo pumps either.

I also did rotors on my car today. Wasnt intending to. Did it in the rain which was less then ideal. But, they work good. Cured my steering wheel of parkinsons desiese. Pretty pleased about that. |

Still happy with the new rotors. B series owners will understand these 2 scientific mysteries. So stock rotors. You cannot look at them, because if you do, a chemical reaction occurs and they warp. Same thing happens the moment a trailer touches the tow ball. Scientists are still baffled by this occurrence.
But me new ones, they do what the box says, they stop. Should be ok for atleast a while. They dont look cool because the dust cover, well, covers them. But it has cured vehicular braking parkinsons desiese. My kids excited, but not for reasons that make any sense. Yes they are slotted. But they arent race car brakes. And stock clappers. (Yes clappers). Pretty sure thats what stock callipers are called. But, there's things I've ordered, things I've received, and it goes good, stops as it should and drives in general as it should. |
