I wonder if they will only hold their value while the demand is up just to get one, once that subsides and and they become available second hand then surely they will get cheaper just like any new car. If say new sales fall away and Ford stops importing them then maybe they will increase in value being sold new RHD for the Aussie market. Time will tell I suppose

I don't think it is a bracket just the Vic issued mustang plate.
Or are you talking about the black piece of plastic that is holding the plate. https://www.vplates.com.au/ OZTANG Plate |

The Mustangs are still going through quality checks in Melbourne, no release date yet..so I would not believe that article.

A lot has been written about the Australian delivered Mustang, which looks like an exciting car to me as well, I have one question that does not seem to be covered in the brochures.
Does the Australian delivered Mustang have Idle Stop Start ?

I was around when the last Monaro was kitted up.
I was around when the last two door Falcons were tarted up. Will the Mustang go the same way? I think so. Australia's love affair with two door cars wanes very quickly. Who can believe it when all of them - Monaro, Falcon and Charger are so sort after today? People move on to the next big thing. It is only when production ceases that people realise what a good thing they had and let it slip away. |

The Mustang and Lincoln looks like they've got a Left Hand Drive sticker on them. It's a shame that dude in the pic blocks the back of the Fiesta.
