I picked up two bottles of snow phoenix when it came out a few years back. One is still unopened in its little case. Whats it worth now?

If you have a genuine liquor licence then probably around the $350 mark, but only if the people on eBay get stupid.

Privately selling on the hush hush , you'd be getting a solid $250, but that's no tax or GST, just straight cash.

My SP cost $160 AUD but I had to get my aunt to courier it from the UK because I was late to the party.

My philosophy too, Work Horse. Whiskey is for drinking not collecting!

This should be called whiskey collectors, not whiskey lovers.

Surly this exxy stuff is not for drinking? Or is it?

Anyway being new the whisky scene I bought a bottle of Canadian Club and it's a nice drop indeed and now well and truly on my drinking list.

I wish I could tell you, but I've contacted a guy who gets me quite a few bottles, he has a liquor store that also sells online and he's on the hunt for info for me. I'll give the site a plug when they get them, but until then they don't deserve it.

OK bought the Xmas whisky, Glenlivet 12 year old single malt.

Being a whisky newbie I can't say I have tried a single malt before. So I'll report back in a couple of weeks of my newbie assessment.

Chivas is kind of my fave so not sure if this will be better.

Nice catch tregs, I thought that was a distillery release only, glad I'm wrong. Also, word on the grape vine is that Q1 next year we will see Jack Daniels Sinatra for $170 in the country. Beats $400 on eBay.
