So he blurs the number plate, but on the bonnet you can make out the reflection as AC-99-XA

Yeah factory option, it came on the POV pack models. Oh Wait, these look like metal lock pins... Most have been aftermarket then, considering how much of this car is made of plastic.

Reminds of the early Territory I saw at auction a while back.
Drivers' door latch had failed, so they had duct-taped it closed. But to their credit, they had colour matched the duct-tape, blue on bottom, black on top |

Seeing they done have a cage in the back should be alright seeing no internal release mechanism is required

yes still (as money n time permit) doing the rebuilding the zh fairlane with a clevo 400m 4v heads injected whipple blown with aode 4 speed trans to a 9" ....... we'll get there eventually just remember don't be afraid to try something new. Looks like rear damage, and hence not able to lock it as tailgate out of whack. Prob doesnt wanna pay excess to get repaired, instead goes to Bunnings for all his motoring parts for repairs
