My first car was a 65 stang bought at the ripe old age of 20. I still have it and my second car, a proton buzz box. Get too worried about leaving the stang in logan car parks.

So, 25% bought new, 17% used. What did the other 58% buy? Or is it that only 42% of Australians actually have a car?

I really like the class war thing and the way you objectively articulate your argument. Since reading your post, it's like....i dunno, i've had a sudden realisation that I really am upper class because I drive a Falcon ute (still under warranty, just, which puts me into a slightly better niche of the upper class sector).
