and just imagine trying to reverse parallel it!
and with the hearse, perhaps a question for one of the many "end of fairlane" threads, but what will all the limo/hearse companies do now the LWB's are gone?

That ute looked funny...I laughed.

No idea why the Daihatsu had the heading of a Ford...

The same as they always did... make their own. How many Fairlane/LTD Wagons have you seen?!

I can vouch for the hearse being a good "Band Car" , but it must have the rear doors . It was extended in Front of the rear wheels . All the larger speakers fitted where the back seat "should Be" , heaps of room and really Smooth to ride in (long wheelbase) , except don't expect Lead Guitarists to ride in it , ours wouldn't

This one was an '86 XF wagon w/LTD front and lights moulded into the rear . We ended up selling it (made $3K profit) because it was in such good cond. and didn't want to hit a roo or anything at 3am , wrote off an XE Panelvan like that . The hearse went "Back into Business" in Tassie

TUF_302 - Took a couple of weeks to get used to it .

This was taken in the late 90's
