We have had the Ford Lazer "LYNX" variant here in NZ before. Do they still sell the Ford Lazer in Aus, maybe it'll make a return. Most probably just securing it, just incase they decide to use it in the future.

Yeah Laser LYNX's were around, long gone now though, the Focus took over from the laser in 2002.

Yeah "Lynx" was the bug eyed KJ 1994-98 3 door laser in the mid nineties in Oz, NZ and Asia.

No... Oz has had Focus since 2002.

Those old lynx's are cool, certainly stand out and they have a pretty good setup.

Good value coupe buy and as you say a bit different. I'd still prefer a TX3 AWD Turbo though. Great workable poor man's XR5

There's a dark grey Lynx that lives near me, have to say that they look a lot better now than they did when new. Same guy has a Subaru SVX too so not scared to tread the path less travelled.

Maybe the Lynx is a marketing hook up for Focus like a RipCurl ute.
