The 18th Annual Kiwanis All Ford Day (Geelong) will be held on Sunday 15th February 2009 at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds.
We have made a number of major changes to the event in an attempt to get cars onto the arena much quicker, thus avoiding the big queues, and also to stop Non-Car Club cars parking on Car Club reserved sites. For all details please refer to the Website; www.allfordday.org.au Car Club display sites can now be reserved by contacting [email protected] or by phoning : (03) 52441532 (a.h.) or Fax: (03) 52441574 Please note, that in order to get entry to the Car Club Sites, all cars must be Pre-registered. The results of the judging for this years' event was very well received, in fact the best feedback we've had for quite a few years. It seems that being judged by your experienced peers is the best way to tackle the job (although the hardest to organise!) We had great support from all of the clubs in supplying judges this year, with the exception of few whose members didn't show up. I will be looking for 2 – 3 people from each participating club to participate in judging for the 2009 event, in a revised format to make it easier for the judges. If anyone is interested, please contact me. I will be formally requesting this from the individual clubs in the very near future. If you have any further queries, after checking out the website, feel free to ask me. Cheers, Tony |

Oh, I didn't see that, should have looked a bit harder!
But I thought it would be good for the forum members to have a direct contact with a AFD committee member. My role is looking after the technical/judging side of things, but can assist if anyone has a specific question. Tony |
