That crossed my mind. Even finding a deleted file could of been a coincidence. If he went to all this trouble to hide the plane, surely he`d know how to make files on his Flight Simulator permanently disappear. But then again I pretty much blamed him from the start.

Seems there "talk" from an aviation commentator of putting a third crew member in the cockpit after the MH370 incident and recent Air New Zealand flight NZ176......

The current search should have commenced by now, but at this stage it's only a search and not recovery (if they find anything).

I am still finding it hard to fathom this jet just vanished, not even so much as a bit of plane or luggage or bodies anywhere. Maybe they are making a reality series of LOST and all.will be revealed when filming ends.

Bit of a problem if flying with them causes your bucket list.
In all seriousness, they've been struck down with extra ordinary bad luck.

I don't see anything "free" there. A little misleading
The MH17 incident could have just as easily happened to Air India or Singapore IF Malaysia wasn't targeted deliberately, but they are one of the better airlines out there. Even with the two crashes this year they are still safer than many major airlines in terms of crash history.

The stupid thing is, those prices aren't that special anyway. I paid that price this time last year to Phuket return pre MH370 and MH17 disasters.
The 'free' allegations for tickets is some kind of 'draw' in an attempt for positive publicity.

11 airframes stolen from Tripoli by Islamist rebels.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...niversary.html As the anniversary of 911 occurs next Friday the 12th of September, it's scary what these fanatics could do. Also, the suggestion that MH370 was a trial run to see how hard it is to avoid detection conjures up frightening possibilities.

6 years old when wrecked.true would not have paid for the paint job and furnishing . it takes years of service to pay of the original costs .
most of it will be written off as a loss now I have seen people write up huge amounts in debt as a business and walk away from it with nothing to pay back And sadly the company I worked for had to inform the mum and dad small businesses that you will not get paid that was a hard thing for me to do

they will find it I am sure of that when and how well that is the question
there are many company's now searching the Indian ocean for mineral wealth as well as gas and oil personally it I feel at this stage that is that is how they will find it by accident some one looking for something other than the aircraft. lots of off shore fishing out that way that is a possible when some debry is brought up by fishing nets They are still finding bombs from www2 in fishing nets off the UK coast not every day but every so often a net brings up a nice surprise

These two remain missing at sea:
707 - 1979 (Cargo) 727 - 2003 (Stolen) MH370 is the first commercial jet airliner with passengers to have vanished without a trace (so far) though, but I'm surprised they still haven't found the Varig one, decades on or the 727.

the longer they are in the water the less they have to find
but now they are finding ship wrecks even deeper with new underwater technology there is a company now looking for high value wrecks and finding silver and gold worth billions they are the ones who may find these aircraft

Also, a Swiss Air plane crashed in 1998 off Nova Scotia. 98% of the aircraft was recovered but no trace of the $500 million worth of diamonds etc was found: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/the-my...argo-1.1051965 Imagine a post-apocalyptic or similar world where the ocean was drained or disappeared and all the long-lost items lying at the bottom.

images all of the gold silver and other valuable items they would find as I said the company that was on a TV show have the latest in deep deep div technology and they are finding billions from old shop wrecks but the cost is huge now if the ocean was drained that would be so easy

Steve Price was quite correct on Ch 10 Project tonight saying that they need to find the aircraft, to ensure the safety of the worldwide B777 fleet. If it was a mechanical or structural failure, it needs to be found.
But saying that, Boeing and FAA (being the Type Certificate holder) should then be pitching in to subsidise the search, and not sit waiting on their bums letting Australia and Malaysia foot the search bill. |
