BMW had the guards pumped out long before Holden

A 1995 M3, 7 years before VE was even designed. I agree that the VE guards are a rip off from BMW.

As for the vents on the guards, nothing new for BMW

The current M5

2003 M3

BMW, one of the world leaders in automotive innovation copying Holden, now that is funny!

Yuck.
Horrid looking riced BMW.

The body kit and wheels ruin it.

It has the chunky body like the VE. I think that's what he means.

Holden didn't invent the chunky style. I even remember the Pajero looking chunky a good few years back.

Personally I don't like the look of this new generation of cars.

Looking at this post of mine from two years ago (hadn't been here long), it's amazing how much you can cringe at one of your comments...

It has a very VE rear bar, as the rear bar is obviously aftermarket its just whoever made the body kit taken some styling cue's from the SSV rear bar

awesome looking car though, and the rear lights look like they dont match because the tail lights tint wasnt done 100% correct, probably didnt measure it right on the boot or somthing?? still looks sexy!

It's a bloody two door coupe. What does it share in common with a VE?
mmmmm...... quads, big rims, short front overhang and those kinda tacky engine vents behind the front wheel housing.

Keeping that in mind I recen HSV could be up to something in the near future, pity FPV won't have a go and make a super coupe cause if they did it would be super competitive and S#!% all over anything Japan has imported.
