Reading through the specs list above I am thinking you are right - surely it would have been listed if there was to be a new front bar given they have listed the new limited edition gearknob cover.

If all the cars are sold, expect Ford to try to save on costs now, no need to go the extra mile with new parts they don't need.

I would surely hope they would not treat the last GT like that if only for the respect to the car.

I'm pretty sure the guys and girls working on the car would defend it and make sure it's as close to what they wanted to do as possible (within reason).

Beancounters rule. Everything must go through them to be approved. If they can get away without doing something to save money, they will.

But the reality is it probably was never going to get a new front bar anyway.

I'm gonna try and keep positive about it until ford give me reason not to be. We've got to give them a chance to show us what their vision for this car is and then pass judgement.

I have a good feeling things will be ok and this car will be one to be remembered.

Maybe not, they could be waiting for release of the images.

They have listed Performance Sports Seats, that's always been the code for GT-P seats.

Speaking to the dealer I have ordered mine through, he has told me there are things on the cars that even he doesn't know about and the press release is going to be very soon. But... There is definatley going to be some special bits...
