does`nt look like there`s much head room, front looks ok, profile , i prefer the fg, however from the front it might look alright with the bonnet bulge.

Whatever happened to the C-pillar kink that's been a Falcon trademark since the EA?

No, he's talking about the door sills being lower than bonnet and boot line, that was started by Granada, not Falcon.
The door kick you're thinking about is claimed by BMW but US cars from the were using it long before BMW

I like the look of this .. especially the idea that the front wheels aren't jammed up against the front door meaning it's probably not front-wheel-drive ..

Considering that Ford Europe and US are both converging on styling now, I'd say the large upper grille (rather than lower) as seen on the recent mondeo/fusion/Taurus concepts is more likely the new corporate image of One Ford.

Looks like someone has just photoshoped the FGMKII front onto a mondeo and then fiddled with it a bit. The entire thing looks too japanese/korean to me. In fact it could almost pass for a 2017 kia optima if you change the front badge.

Great Photoshop skills there! A few suggestions:

1. Drop the rear roof antenna … it looks silly
2. The wheels look undersized and seems like they sit too deeply inside the car … can you put better wheels on it? Audi designs please.
3. Reduce the lower door sucked up shape … it’s just too much.
4. Reduce the bulging line through the door handles … it’s too much just like the lower door shape.
5. Can you put a small low spoiler on the back? again Audi style please.

Could the 2017 falcon be considered a G6 or G6E in that picture?

I personally like it

2017? Needs GTR style doorhandles, LED/ Laser headlamps, bigger and more futuristic wheels. Otherwise its just a mish mash of two current Fords ( SZ/ '13 Fusion) .

Cheers for he comments...I'll work on some idea's (XR/wagon/ute...and a coupe lol)

My basic idea behind it was to used the modeo's door shut lines etc...sorta aim for what could relisticly could happen in the future.

In a way, the falcon could become the LWB counterpart of the modeo/fusion.

Looks good, I like it. Good work chiefton.

I just wish Ford would stop copying the Aston Martin front grille, in their up and coming models.
