Hi guys I've been following the forums for a while now and just altered my ICC and thought I would share I haven't seen anyone do it like this yet,

I removed the standard BA XT green single disc standard small screen and got a premium sound Color unit with faulty stacker.

I removed the stacker and put a half din soundstream DVD player where the stacker was, lined it upto the factory cd slot and using the ASL video kit I now have DVD running with the normal cd slot I also have a 32gb SD card loaded with music in the DVD player

I don't know how to upload a photo or video here so here's a link I put on fb of it running on the premium color screen and standard cd slot

The ICC plugs in from behind as you push it back in then there are 4 more under the icc, what sort of head unit are you installing ? Unless you plan on replacing the whole icc, which sounds like you won't be if you want the A/C, there is an accessory loom plug behind your fuse panel on the driver side, that will have your headunit power

Hi Fadi,

I just bought BF MKII XT wagon and want to put reverse camera and hands free bluetooth with caller display. Do your kits have the caller display with touch etc? I have an XT wagon with the green half screen and trying to decide to go this way or screen on mirror type but I really want caller id... And installation cost?

- BA Dual Zone HIM and Secondary Airmix Motor. 2 x Heater flap driveshafts. Use your existing single zone heater box, it will all bolt in.
- Go to ford to remove the 'audio security error' which will happen when you install the new ICC into your car (~$50) .

Optional:
- LHS door loom and mirror. (you'll need to do some extra wiring to get it to work, as your xr8 wont have the temp sender wires going from the door, to the HIM)
Is it possible to buy a dualzone him instead of getting the secondary airmix motor and the driveshafts also you can now buy the ambient sensor for the lhs mirror with mount genuine ford part for about $40

I just watched MotoringBox
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jZHERDCtyo&t=30s
talking about mounting a Haltech into the dash and I thought I should show something iv been trying for a few months now.
I have done a cheap head unit upgrade on a 2007 ford territory after not being able to fix my Kayan head unit with a broken screen. Long story i share this car with a few other people and iv had to replace the lid for the compartment above the radio in the dash a few times now soIi was thinking of mounting and single din radio there instead.
I had a 10.1 Inch Android head unit floating around in the shed that I fitted and it came out ok ish. I used the lid at the top and bent some pvc around to the shape of the lid and welded them together then used it as a cover to hide the wiring and mount holding the radio in place.
I think later i would fit a smaller 9 Inch screen or one of those single din pop out screen but i was only using stuff i had lying around the shed and didn't want to spend any money.
