Interestingly with all the talk of the Chevy Volt being so important to GM, they only sold 561.
Mustang outsold Camaro. |

how interesting that the brand loyalty fight of Ford vs Holden in australia involves 13 pages on a forum about US cop cars. the ford cop car is essentially a volvo from the late 90s, but it has the ford label so yeh - lets all hope it sells well.

The D4 platform underpinned the Volvo S80 in the late 90's. Suspension and floorpan pressings are similar.

Even still, two very lucky yanks now have a brand new, RWD V8 sedan...that no one else in North America can get! Unless you work for a Police Department.

Talking to a contact today I hear Holden are really banking on this doing well. So they must be thinking they will move lots of units.

that the original late 1990s P2 Volvo (XC90 variant) = Ford D3 Taurus built in 2011. His attempt to dismiss Taurus as an old design was as best ill informed and at worst completely ignorant of the facts. |

No, actually I know someone who was on engineering for the 2005 Mustang, I sense that FNA and FoA would love the chance to work together, put aside any concerns of under developed cars, if the engineering was bundled together the cost of both would be considerably reduced and both our favorite cars would survive.. |

This is what I was hoping would happen. We would get a great Falcon with the tech people want. It would also make it a world wide car.
