Although still not in full production yet, Murray has with some backers designed a car which will help change the lives of people in 2nd and 3rd world countries. It's called the "Ox".
The idea is a practical, simple and an adaptable to whatever needs the end user orders by model. Gordon wants to get this happening as a "not for profit" scenario. Yes, the end users will still have to pay for the Ox and have fuel and parts availability. So let's just try see this as a positive idea. Bigger wheels and it would be a handy little weekend camper! Actually looks nice and rugged and simple.

Great idea, but I still can't see how the majority of people will be able to afford it.

What I find impressive is that it's front-wheel drive, with four wheel independent suspension and has 2.2 ton load capacity.
