Just a quick thanks to Matt @ Race Brakes, he was able to source the rotors I wanted at a better than expected price.
OEM 329mm slotted rotors and QFM pads. These are the ones with the eliptical venting on them. Its great to be able to keep a car like the TE original. Picked up and installed them myself, very happy with the finished product. Again, BIG thanks to Race Brakes Sydney, I've only ever got good service and great products. Thanks for the chat as well. And, yes I know my calipers need a good clean. |

Thats the original slot pattern for T series mate, was designed with NVH in mind, they look different dont they..
Its instead of the wipe out slots, same principle, just applied differently. Last edited by dc_todd; 07-10-2011 at 02:28 PM. Reason: cause I could |

Thanks for posting this dc_todd - I'm ordering mine now!
I'm not a fan of them for driving (I warped them), but they are going into the cupboard as they are such a unique part of this model that it's wrong not to have the genuine rotors. And Matt's given me a great price on the DBA4000's so it's all good |

Nice, there's a link to the brochure on this site - featuring these rotors.

Hey Dave, how do you find the QFM pads? They are good but mine has developed a squeak when coming to a stop but only in the last 20km or so. Its damn annoying and I have read other people with the same problem. They start off fine but after a short while get a real bad squeal :-(

The issue is prone to all brake pads on the market although some will not experience any noise at all.
