Heard a guy on the radio last night at work, talking about how he has run a car using hydrogen conversion, and went from Bendigo to Melbourne on a litre of water. If this and the other links and stories are true, we know who the real criminals are.

The cheapest way to make a hydrogen/elec car is to put an small Hydrogen Internal Combustion engine under the hood, only to charge the Li-ion/li-pol batteries, and run the car completely on electric. A fuel cells advantage over that, when it's viable, is it uses no moving parts. So it would be a hydrogen ICE, serial-electric-hybrid.
