I've learned the hard way with a Bunnies special; the "open webbing" type are a recipe for grief.

Now looking at my need for a cover, mainly to stop flyaway light debris (garden thinnings, broken plasterboard). Always strap over the top with ratchet strapping ×2 anyway.

As a couple of others less au fait in this sort of stuff will be using the "new" ute, I don't to expect them to be handy with strapping over shadecloth and prefer to keep it simple so the onus is upon them to do the right thing. It's better than getting a litter penalty in the mail.

Who here has bought one of the reinforced mesh type covers?

There are a bunch of brands I see and prices start at about $90, heading north of $600. Risk of theft or incidental damage leads me towards the lower end prices. Anything to avoid like the plague?
