Default Xw panel van pricing

Hello fellow ford lovers. Have had a few interested parties in my xw panel van and looking for help with some pricing as they seem to have gotten even rarer online with nothing for sale to make a fair comparison with....
Facts are 302 windsor , 4 barrel carby, aussie dessert cooler radiator, dual fuel set up (tank needs restamped) , gs interior including bucket seats, b&m mega shifter c4 auto, 12 slotters. Reason for sale is surface rust starting to get worse and i have always wanted to spend the money to do a full restore but cannot forsee that happening and dont want to see this beauty sitting there unrestored
