Unhappy Jump start blow up!

I had to jump start my flat battery the other day on my Ba falcon, a simple task which I have done successfully for the last 40 years. BUT this time I got it wrong. Why were the leads starting to smoke? And boy did they get warm!

Got a new battery, crossed my fingers and the motor fired up. Yeehah! Took it for a drive and everything was great, except, the demister wouldn't work. neither would the a/c or the radio. As a matter of fact the entire ICC was dead.

Everything else works on the car. Power windows, electric mirrors, instrument cluster.

My question is, is there a big fuse somewhere that isolates the ICC, or have I blown the unit? And if so, What are the replacement options? Its a mono 6-stacker BA Mk1.
