Default Britain has voted to leave the EU

I suppose in a way we should have seen this coming. A lot of Brits have been getting steadily ****ed off with many of the issues pushed upon them by the EU.

I suspect chief among them has been the "they took our jobs" argument.

I wonder if this will open the way for closer economic ties with "the old country"? Our exports to the UK took a hammering when they first entered the ECC.
Hopefully Mal will be straight on the phone to negotiate an FTA.
