Default My complete engine driveline Quote seem expensive?

Hey i just wanna know ya thoughts on this (also includes a chrome moly roll cage and full cooling system at same quote price)

my current set up is a 351, roller rockers, stage 2 cam, weiand xelerator intake, holley 700dp, mallory elec dist, crane 100ps coil, extractors, yella terra rolla rockers and double valvew springs, C10 gearbox and borgwarner,

the reason im spending 19,000 is a bit dumb but ill tell you why: my car has always had flatspots from poor tuning and when i got if fixed it was worse and lost heaps of aceleration,

i have never driven it when perfectly tuned carb so i feel i need to get more power by ripping everything down, stroking the fu<k out of it and rteplacin the heads for chi 3v, i got my car dynoed and it had 215rwhp i was a little let down.
who can guess how much power my new motor will have???????????????
