Smile 10 Future Classics. Fiesta ST is No : 10.

Hagerty Insurance, a Traverse City, Mich. company that specializes in covering cars that are already classics, recently released its Hot List of cars that it thinks will become future classics.

"Most new car news focuses on the latest interactive technology, alternative power sources, and the race to increased efficiency," said McKeel Hagerty, President and CEO of Hagerty. "But for a car to be collectible in the future, it has to be cool right off the assembly line. A collectible car has to grab you and not let you go."

The company's picks are all 2014 model year cars that have an MSRP of less than $100,000, although there is a wide range in what these future classics cost right now, starting at under $22,000 and ending up more than $90,000.

10. Ford Fiesta ST

Sticker Price: $21,400
Invoice Price: NA
Fuel Economy: 26 mpg city, 35 mpg highway

Not many subcompacts have achieved collectible status, but the Ford Fiesta is set for future greatness, according to Hagerty. This hot hatchback is a dream to drive. While engine power isn't exactly anything to write home about, its slick styling and handling will be enough to grab the attention of future collectors.
