Default Vehicle Recognition System

Hey all,

Just a general enquiry after the RMS (RTA or whatever they are today) were no help...we are looking at buying another ute for our business.

The person we are buying the ute from lost his license in this particular vehicle several months ago. He warned me about this and informed me that the vehicle may be a target to Police due to his losing his license in this particular vehicle.

I believe the Police Vehicle Recognition System in the HWP cars has all this on record and pulls over vehicle with known number plates due to unlicensed drivers, unregistered vehicles etc etc

Does anyone know if I purchased this vehicle will it still be a "known vehicle", or after rego transfer does it become clear.

Nothing to hide but don't really want to be a target and get pulled over every time I pass a cop car...

Cheers
