Default Which carby for rs2000

Looking at carbies guys, and need a bit of advise
The standard carby DGV 26/27 weber has ben replaced witha DGMS 38 which has 27 chokes
I'm looking a little bit more then DGMS as it doesnt offer any more HP only a better torque curve.
I'm thinking a single DCOE on Lynx manifold, does anyone have one and what do you think.
I dont want twin side drafts, been there and done that.
the other option is a DCNF downdraft 40mm with 33 chokes
any view or advise, all welcome
Muzza
