Default Resurrect or Wreck - Your Opinions

Well, as part of an estate I have been given a March 1995 White NF Fairlane. It's a V8 and its on gas.
Now the problem is it's been sitting in a paddock for the past 3 or 4 years - due to the fact that it had some electrical problems. I went and saw it today, and i'm beginning to wonder whether it's too far gone or not. So here's a list of good and bad:

Relatively straight body
Rust in the inside corners of all doors
Paint is filthy - i'd say it would be pretty average underneath the years of grime
Cranks but doesn't fire
Relays broken and missing
Interior in average condition - seats are nice, t-bar shifter and handbrake have gone all gooey from cooking in the sun
Tyres are shot
There may well be numerous more spots of rust around the place
and unknown electrical gremlins.

It kinda looks like the fairlane in this thread.

Now, what do you think - fix her up or part her out?
