...it probably is.
I'm just wondering how many storm damaged cars will be flooding the market(pardon the pun). People will be off loading cars that have been for a long deep swim and some unscrupulous panel beaters will be giving new cars that look they've been parked on a golf driving range a coat of bog and paint and flogging them off. : So just a "buyer beware" people.
