hey guys,
i know its not a ford but their are some cluey people here that might be able to help me. Friends of mine bought an auto 1978 GE Chrysler sigma with an astron 2000 motor, anyway all was running fine till they painted it, then it wouldn't go in reverse but only forward. After a while it would only go in reverse but not forward. I jacked it up and found the selector linkage was loose, tightned it up and tested with the car jacked up, all was working fine, had drive and reverse. Put it back on the ground and we only had reverse again but no drive, any ideas cheers. p.s. I've told them to send the car to the wreckers but they wont. |
