I was at the gym last night and a few guys were talking about a WRX one of them was considering buying. I suggested they consider an XR6T. They ummed and arrred and became curious. Then They asked me about my XR6T.
They asked me about my own XR6T and what transmission it has and I said Auto, they scoffed and laughed, they said seriously what is it? I repeated "Auto". I told them that the Autos at the drags are faster than the manuals and that the XR6Ts go pretty hard when tuned and would give most WRX's a good hiding. They again laughed at me. "Come on...They said its an embarrassment to drive an auto". Should we be embarrassed? (Auto, ford drivers) |
