I found that in my fathers ute, SSS actually is slower than perf auto mode.

If you use SSS it revs past its useful power range till it hits the limiter, then you change and there is that 'lag' where it thinks about it for a second. Where as if its in perf auto it shifts at max power rather than redline. Does this sound right?
