hey guys i heard at work today, that as of the end of june, puting a turbo on a car that does not have a turbo modal as such (like the au and e series falcons does not have a turbo model like the ba does) will not be considered street legal. (this is in queensland). i am under the impression that because the ba/bfs have a turbo model (ie xr6t) u can put an aftermarket turbo on an xt, but because other falcons did not have a turbo come as standard such as the au, they would not be considered street legal if the turbo was put on the car after june. i want to know if anyone else has heard this or if they know anything more....cause if this is true, my plans of adding a turbo to my au in a few years will cease to exist and i will be extreamly annoyed. sirfice to say I feel the need to kill peter beatie and his crew of extremely annoying minions :
(sorry if the infomation i put into this thread is a little vague but this is all i know at the moment)
