Default limp home MODE

All the new cars will go in to limp home mode if you blow a tail/stop light, this is because of accidents in fog and snow conditions and cars driving with out the necessory rear lights, all Euro cars coming out this year have this "FEATURE", Nissan, Astra, Focus, Volvo, Merc, Mitisbushi, etc also as it has been the law in Europe for some time that if you are pulled over you must be carring a full set of replacement globes and 2 safty vests. it won't be long before it comes in here, so if it is in limp home , go and check your tail lights,
