Default Ok so i just tapped this dudes car...

ok i was doin bout 20km/h in a school zone and i tapped this dudes right hand mirror with my own mirror
There is a hairline crack in the actual Mirror part thats it... i donno if it happened because of me or it was already there...
I pulled over and i went 2 see if it was alrite and he said seemd ok so i was about to drive off. Then out of no where he comes back and says there is damage... A crack in the mirror

OK he wants 190$ for mirror + 40$ for labour... The car is a BF falcon its black so no paint is needed. Can i get a cheaper price and did i actually do the damage?
ALSO can i just replace the ACTUAL mirror without the whole plastic part.
