About 10 minutes from my home town and this is what I get to enjoy regularly.
A great morning for a drive today! https://www.fordforums.com.au/photos/data/2937/20130519_105200aa.jpg[/IMG]

I'm waiting for a mate to send me pics of today's but I'll shoot a few roughys up
Today was LoneStar body shops open day, those who went to Motorex would know his work with the bare metal pickup that was on display with his Green A Model RPU Any how my mate frank decided we should cruize out as there was a few of us heading from the west and south west, so we met up at Hammondville park and cruize from there The view from the dunnys There will be loads more later

I'm tired tonight after attending a big cruise with the QLD Thunderbird club.
The destination was "The Barn and Scotty's Garage" in Upper Flagstone, QLD. It's situated on a rural property and has a restaurant, plus a separate small museum filled with old oil company tins. The exterior of the museum. Some of the cars that attended. Here's some snaps of the items in and around the museum. But WAIT! There's more! Just when you thought it was just a dirty old barn, there was more behind a set of doors. Just like an old fashioned theatre set that opens up and reveals more behind it! It was a large retro bar with a dance floor and all. I'm short on what to say about the experiences I've had with this club. I've been on more extraordinary adventures with them than anything else I'd ever known and this is just another example. |

geeze I'm glad this thread is still going and still positive
For the record to those that are concerned that their photos aren't ford or car cruzies, don't be. It's alabout having fun in your mode of transport of choice, if it rolls on wheels and you took it out and got a few pics there more than welcome in this thread, Hell even if it isn't yours but your mates invited you out on their cruize I'd love to see it

Also I suppose this thread gives me another excuse to post up some more pics of the Bathurst cruise a couple of weeks ago in case anyone missed it.
We even had a police escort for part of it ;) This ones a bit blurry but it was a good sight in the mirror of all of the fords making their way to the mountain |
